Andrea Ruótolo has a Degree in Engineering – National University of La Plata (Argentina, 2008), and a Master’s in Science– Madrid Polytechnic University (Spain, 2011). She has worked as a specialized consultant on renewable energy projects in the power industry, and participated in several studies about electricity access in different developing countries. She is currently a Ph.D. Fulbright Scholar in Energy and Environmental Policy at CEEP, University of Delaware (U.S.). Her research interests include: Energy Policy and Planning, Renewable Energy, Sustainable Development, Smart Grids/Microgrids, and Distributed Generation.
