Christopher Richard

Ph.D Candidate, CEEP

Christopher Richard is a Ph.D. candidate at CEEP and has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Kansas State University and a MBA from the University of Delaware. He is an NSF-IGERT Solar Hydrogen Fellow and attended the inaugural class of the U.S. National Geothermal Academy. His research interests involve development of policy aimed at mitigating early-stage barriers to developing geothermal power. Most recently, Christopher headed a team of researchers, who analyzed specific policy design barriers in the implementation and deployment of New Clean Renewable Energy Bonds, as formulated in the Recovery Act of 2009.
