Kate Murphy

Project Director

Kate Murphy is Project Director of the Foundation for Renewable Energy and Environment. (FREE). She is also Project Manager of the Foundation’s partner company, Madison Global Advisors (MGA) where she is coordinating renewable energy projects in the United States, Korea, and the Middle East.
Prior to joining FREE and MGA, Ms. Murphy was Assistant Director at Maya Stendhal Gallery, New York, and worked at Queens Council on the Arts. She is currently a Museum Guide at the Brooklyn Museum where she gives tours on the Asian Art and American Art collections.
Ms. Murphy graduated with from the University of Pittsburgh where she majored in Art History. She received her Master’s degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Art History with a focus on contemporary visual cultures.
