Chris Fang Brehm

Contact Chris Fang Brehm

Chris Fang Brehm is a senior manager with ICF, a global advisory and digital services consultant. He currently works as a commercial and industrial portfolio lead for utility energy efficiency programs in the state of Maryland. He leads a team overseeing design and implementation of incentive programs promoting energy efficiency on behalf of commercial utility customers in the state. He has been selected to present at conferences including the AEE World Energy Engineering Conference and ASHRAE’s Summer Study on Energy Efficiency in Buildings. He holds a Master of Energy and Environmental Policy from the University of Delaware and a B.A. in economics from Penn State University. He is also an alumnus of the University of Delaware’s Industrial Assessment Center.
