Research Associate
Dr. Jing Xu completed her Ph.D. at the Center for Energy and Environmental Policy, University of Delaware. Her dissertation explored the role of multiple actors, including government, business groups and environmental non-governmental organizations in China’s evolving environmental governance and policy strategy over the past three decades. Prior to joining CEEP, Jing received a master’s degree in environmental science and policy from Peking University in China.
Dr. Xu is a Research Associate with the foundation working on projects ranging from research sponsored by the National Science Foundation of the US on urban solar energy generation potential, to analysis of risk mitigation strategies to improve investor interest in energy efficiency. Additional areas of expertise include urban water resource management and sustainability.
