Dr. Xilin Zhang received his MS in Electrical Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and his Ph.D in Energy and Environmental Policy from CEEP. He is currently working in the World Bank/Government of China/GEF China Renewable Energy Scale-up Program Office. His research interest focuses on how renewable energy in the form of solar, wind power, biomass among others, and energy efficiency can shape our future. Dr. Zhang Xilin is carrying out research on strategic planning of a GW-size wind farm in China.
