Lyndsey Scofield

Outreach & Communications Coordinator

Lyndsey Scofield joins FREE as Outreach & Communications Coordinator. Previously, she spent two years with Energy Service Corps, an AmeriCorps program run by the New Jersey Public Interest Research Group (NJPIRG), where she organized events and projects in Newark, NJ to educate youth about energy conservation, guide residents toward energy efficient practices, and conduct basic energy audits and weatherizations for low-income residents. Lyndsey graduated from the University of South Florida in 2009, earning a degree in Environmental Science & Policy and spearheading a “green fee” campaign to fund sustainability on campus. This Fall, she will begin working towards her Master of Urban Planning degree at NYU’s Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service.
