Wei Chao is the Web Developer of the Foundation for Renewable Energy and Environment (FREE).
Mr. Chao is a creative new media professional who has been working in multimedia production & online education for over 15 years. Prior experience includes work in film, video, educational software, and games. Focused on computer-driven media, web-enabled technologies, and sensible design. He has received MPS degrees from the Interactive Telecommunication Program, New York University.
